Do you have concerns about what your child eats? Perhaps your child refuses certain food groups, textures, solids, or liquids? Perhaps your child isn’t gaining enough weight, requires supplemental nutrition, or struggles to participate in family mealtime? A feeding evaluation will evaluate oral motor, oral sensory, and overall developmental skills necessary for successful participation in mealtimes. The comprehensive feeding assessment will determine current strengths, weaknesses, and appropriate recommendations based on clinical observations and the primary concerns of the caregivers. The evaluation lasts between 1-2 hours and includes a written report summarizing the findings and a treatment plan.
